Do you ever look at your body as a machine…one that needs to
last an entire lifetime? Ever started thinking about the long term
benefits of preventing disease and health problems before they start?
Think of your car for example, you maintain it by giving it tune-ups,
lubes, rotating the tires, washing it, give it gas, changing the oil,
etc. Our body is the same way, it needs the same type of maintenance
to ensure longevity and quality of life.
It takes a lot more to make your body function properly than feeding
it processed foods, taking prescription medications to fight symptoms,
supplementing occasionally with vitamins, and drinking water only
sometimes. Our body needs a properly functioning nervous system to
direct the show, keep you alive, and promote healing through communication
channels in the body via our nerves. It also needs real food, vitamins,
minerals, and water for ultimate function and performance. Our bodies
function and heal everyday whether or not we are feeding it correctly,
or treating it good. However, our body, being a machine, also doesn’t
run as good over time if we neglect it our entire lives. We see, and
feel, this in the form of heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, pain,
organ dysfunction, and reduced activity…just to name a few.
Chiropractors help jumpstart the body to heal at a more efficient
rate. We give body tune-ups and we align the spine. When your bones
are aligned, your nervous system will function to its fullest potential
because the spinal bones aren’t rubbing on them. The joints
are more fluid, to help prevent further arthritic degeneration which
results in pain.
Chiropractic healthcare does so much more than just get rid of back
pain, neck pain, or headaches. It treats the whole body, giving the
body’s machinery more energy to run on. Once the spine is aligned,
the nerves electrical circuits are rejuvenated and communication between
brain and body is more efficient.
Learn for yourself how to prevent illness, and stay healthy…naturally!
Eating real food, taking supplements, drinking plenty of water, exercising
any way you want, and getting regular chiropractic adjustments, and
getting some massages will keep you feeling great. Remember..your
body is your temple, get it tuned up every once in a while.
