Easy Chicken Parmesan


3 tablespoons parmesan herb seasoning blend
3 tablespoons plain dry bread crumbs
1 pound thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons oil


Mix seasoning blend and bread crumbs in shallow dish and set aside.
Moisten chicken lightly with water. Coat evenly with bread crumb mixture.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken in batches; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Serve with tomato sauce and shredded cheese, if desired. This easy chicken parmesan is also delicious when served over cooked pasta of almost any variety.
A side of parmesan herb bread and a salad with low-fat dressing would be a quick and healthy way to complete this easy meal.
